3C-Concepts was founded by Stacy Hester, a Marine Corps Veteran, to continue serving after service by building a framework, 3C-Concepts, to help other veterans in their transition home. We work with the private sector, government agencies, and nonprofits, via three primary arms:Speaking|Training | Development
THE WHY
Because I have born the battle for home after my career as a U.S. Marine! The cultural chasm between service and civilian can be daunting for many who have served. From a lost sense of identity, to lost purpose, the battle for home can become a battle for life for these national treasures, our veterans. 3C-Concepts was formed by a Marine Corps Veteran, Stacy Hester, who faced the battle for home, ultimately leading to the creation of my service disabled veteran owned small business.

3C-Concepts exists to work with nonprofits, government agencies, and the private sector to engage on three fronts, all with the ultimate goal of providing better supports for our service members, veterans, and their families as they transition home after service.
Those three fronts are: Speaking, Training, Research & Development.

Customized Training to Meet Your Needs
Our Veterans are national treasures! But many come home facing challenges which may lead to possible incarceration. As a Marine Corps veteran I am passionate about providing supports that are restoring our veterans to their families and community, while connecting them to crucial, life saving resources.
My journey into providing training began with Tulsa Veterans Treatment Court, our nation's third Court. At 3C-Concepts I have worked closely with Justice for Vets for nearly 10 years training these amazing courts all over the country. I have developed many of the programs now used at Justice for Vets, such as Building, Executing, and Sustaining your Mentor Program. I developed their model based on one I'd already developed and owned at 3C. We have additionally contracted directly with courts to bring training, especially for the Veterans Treatment Court Mentor Programs, which is our special focus. If you want to full, two day training, we will bring you the very best.

But, it gets even better! Our training is not restricted by monies provided by federal grants, which makes 3C-Concepts unique from Justice for Vets. Aside from developing much of the material currently used by Justice for Vets, our training can be custom tailored to challenges your program may face. Additionally, the 2020 pandemic was a key motivator to move towards providing online, Zoom based trainings which you can find under our TRAINING link.
